What are the fees for an assessment with Veridian Psychology?

The fee will depend on the type of assessment being undertaken. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we can provide a quote.

Does the full fee need to be paid upfront?

The process works in stages, and you can pay for a portion of the assessment at each stage. You will not be required to pay the full fee upfront. The balance of the full fee will need to be paid prior to you receiving the report. 

What Medicare Rebates are available?

Please note that Mental Health Care Plan rebates cannot be used to fund assessments. In certain circumstances a rebate may be accessed which contributes towards the cost of assessments in individuals up until the age of 25 with a referral from a Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.

Can I use NDIS funding?

If you want to use your NDIS funding to pay for an assessment, you will need to check with your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator to see if this is permitted with your funding.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please get in touch as early as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so the appointment time can be offered to another client. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or not attended without notifying us within 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the full session fee.
