Meet Aisling

Aisling Mullan is a Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. Aisling completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the Queensland University of Technology. 

Aisling is experienced in working with children and young people providing assessments, assisting with diagnostic clarification, and providing therapeutic support for a wide range of presenting concerns.

Aisling is experienced in conducting assessments for Autism and ADHD both as an individual Psychologist and as part of multidisciplinary paediatric teams that consist of a variety of health professionals. 

Aisling also has a strong interest in providing cognitive and learning assessments to assess for areas of cognitive difficulty and strength, learning and academic challenges and specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia). 

Aisling works collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of presenting difficulties. She provides practical recommendations to clients following the assessment to assist with areas of challenge.

Aisling has experience working as a Psychologist in a variety of settings supporting children and young people experiencing a range of mental health, developmental and learning issues. Before establishing Veridian Psychology, Aisling worked as a Psychologist in schools, other private practices, hospitals, and not-for-profit organisations. Until late 2023, Aisling worked as a Senior Paediatric Psychologist in a multidisciplinary paediatric outpatient department in a public hospital where she provided psychological assessments and therapeutic support to children and adolescents.
